Frontier Capital Alternative Assets Limited (“FCAAL”), a specialist distressed debt resolution and alternative asset management company, was set up by Frontier Capital Limited and its partners. FCAAL is focused entirely on active distressed debt restructuring, resolution and management.

Akintola Williams Deloitte is a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, currently the largest public accounting and professional services firm in the world. He was also a member of the African Regional Board and the International Board of Deloitte. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has worked as an auditor and professional adviser to some of the largest public and private sector organisations in Nigeria and across Africa. He is a non- executive Director on the Boards of First City Monument Bank Plc, Poly Products Plc and Bemil Nigeria Limited. He is the chairman of the board.
is the Group Managing Director of Investment One Financial Services Limited. He holds two Masters’ Degrees in Law and Economics as well as an MBA from the London Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and a member of the Institute of Securities & Investment, UK. Nicholas started his career as a Barrister & Solicitor with Haruna & Co. He then worked with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) before joining GTBank Plc, working at various times in the legal, corporate banking and corporate finance teams. He thereafter worked with Barclays Capital, London and Mckinsey & Co, London before returning to Nigeria to set up Investment One Financial Services Limited (then GTB Asset Management Limited, a former subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.).
obtained Honours in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University. He also has an MBA from the University of Navarra (IESE) Barcelona through the IESE/LBS MBA programme. He worked for SaskEnergy Limited in Canada for one year and spent two years in mortgage banking and lease finance institutions before joining Agusto & Co. Limited in January 1994. He worked as a Banking Industry Analyst before joining its Consulting Group where he worked on several advisory assignments for bank and non-bank clients. He has considerable experience in the areas of project finance advisory, project feasibility/evaluation and business planning. He was a Partner in Alliance Consulting from 2002 until early 2006 when he crossed over to Frontier Capital. He is a director of several companies in which Frontier Capital has proprietary interests. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Capital Alternative Asset Limited.
He is currently the Managing Director, Capital Management at Investment One Financial Services Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. His industry experience, spanning over 16 years, cuts across Commercial and Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance and Investment Management. Ademola joined the Investment One Group from Kakawa Asset Management Limited (KAML). At KAML, he was Head, Investment Management & Client Counsel, where he provided strategic direction for the company’s investment and business development initiatives. Before joining KAML, he worked with BGL Asset Management Limited, where he was Head of the Specialty Asset Management Desk. He pioneered the organization’s Real Estate initiatives, with the development of BGL’s private real estate fund and coordinated BGL’s Philanthropy Advisory and Endowment Services.
Charles Nyamali obtained an Honors Degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Master’s Degree in International Business Economics from City University, London. He is a qualified accountant and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), United Kingdom and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is also a Certified Expert in Risk Management. He has about 20 year’s working experience in areas of strategy, financial and risk management as well as economic, business and investment research, analysis and training.
During the course of his career, which cut across various reputable organizations including Agusto & Co. Limited, First Bank of Nigeria Plc and GTB-AM (now Investment-One) Pensions Limited, he was involved in various consulting and operational assignments both locally and internationally and he developed critical business skills which have been applied in promoting the growth of the organization’s he worked/ works for. In the course of his career, he held various positions such as the Head of Credit Portfolio Management at First Bank of Nigeria Plc and the Chief Financial Officer and later, the Chief Operating Officer of GTB-AM (now Investment-One) Pensions Limited. He is an astute facilitator in his areas of core competence and regularly contributes to the development of others through his training sessions. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Frontier Capital Alternative Assets Limited (FCAAL).
